Nova Scotia’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, where Lloyd Hines is minister, is spending $800 million over a seven-year period to twin sections of highways 103, 101 and 104.

The most advanced work has been on the 103, where twinning is now an active construction site from the first phase between Tantallon to Ingramport.
