Part II: How A&W Can Retail Cod Burgers 30 Years After Northern Cod Fishery Collapse

The other week, I reported in The Macdonald Notebook that, for the second summer running, the Toronto-based chain A&W is retailing a cod burger made at the Lunenburg plant of High Liner Foods.

High Liner Seafoods in Lunenburg is supplying A & W restaurants with its cod burgers. Last summer it was priced at $2.99,
