His own first name just didn’t have the kind of tone chef Gary Kent wanted for his new venture back in 2013.

“Gary’s Fish and Chips…maybe… but I didn’t think ‘Gary’s Dressings’ was a distinctive enough name,” said the Yarmouth-based chef and businessman.
