The recent decision by the Nova Scotia Health Authority to close the Addictions & Mental Health Clinic at Bedford Row in downtown Halifax near the iconic federal Dominion Building, concerns business lobbyist Paul MacKinnon.

MacKinnon is executive director of the Downtown Halifax Business Commission.
