Chowder Recipe

1 lb fresh salmon
1 lb hot smoked salmon, Seabright or Fisherman’s Brand, either plain or Roasted Herb and Garlic
1.5 lb fresh haddock fillets boned; broken is fine or half halibut (more expensive)
1.5 lb raw shrimp. 21/25 count, peeled and deveined. If tail on, remove tails
1.5 lb scallops, 30-40 count or
