How much is a subscription?

Subscriptions are sold as a four week reoccurring package for the price of $16.10. That’s just $3.50/week + HST (for a total of $16.10)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards in addition to PayPal.

Once I’ve subscribed, how do I find my login details?

Once you’ve subscribed and payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your login details. You can use those details to login on the sidebar of the site. Please note; as with any automated email, the email with your login details may land in your Spam or Promotions folder, just make sure to check those too!

What if I have forgotten my password?

If  you’ve forgotten your password you can simply click the Lost Your Password? link in the sidebar of the site and have reset instructions sent to your email on account.

How do I reset my password once logged in?

If you would like to reset your password; you can do so from your membership details page, by clicking here.

How can I change the email on account or my other account details?

You can update many of your profile details from your profile page. Click here to view your profile and make changes (you must be logged in).

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, just send an email to andrew@themacdonaldnotebook.ca with the subject marked Subscription Cancellation.
